If you wish to use NMM, then you will have to set it to recognize NXM links again. There is a setting in NMM, but I can't remember it, because I do not even have that installed. However, there is an application called nmm wont download mods. exe in your Mod Organizer folder.
You can runt that and set NMM as NXM link manager. I deleted my MO. Well, it did not take me long time to install NMM. Thank you, nmm wont download mods, Its working now. I can uninstall NMM now, before MO2 starts to ask embarrassing questions.
